I've encountered problems at this location consistently over the past two months. On one occasion, the rice was hard, rendering my meal inedible. During my recent visit for a bowl, I observed a recurring issue of them being consistently out of seasoned vegetables. I was informed that they don't prepare vegetables in the evening. Additionally, the restaurant was entirely out of napkins during this visit.
Do not recommend. The dining area was destroyed, almost every table was dirty. Food on the tables & floors. Ordered the carne asada bowl with rice, guacamole, salsa and a small fountain drink $19.52. I haven't been to Chipotle for a few years, but this seemed a little expensive. The bowls are half the size of what I remember and no tortilla. The food was awful. The rice wasn't cooked, every bite was crunchy and uncooked. The carne asada is supposed to be "tender steak" according to the menu. It was all chewy and way over cookedm I had to spit out 3 pieces because it was hard fat. The pieces we all different sizes, some so big I had a hard time chewing & swallowing them but also too tough to bite in half or pull apart. For $19 it was awful. No one was quality checking the food for large chunks of fat. How hard is it to cook rice? I was starving and choked it down, didn't ask for a refund, will not go back.
Would not recommend. They sell items online that they don't have in store. Half the items I ordered on my salad were not on it. There was no vinegrette with my salad. I ordered a large chips and guacamole. The bag of chips was not even half full. I am very disappointed. The Carne Asada was tough. I will not be back. This would be a great place to put a Barbaritos.
Ordered carne asada bowl on yesterday for my son & I noticed the portion side was skimpy yet I watched the young lady pile up the two bowls in front of me. Young lady had an attitude and since I am encouraging my son to eat less I didn't say anything but the server should be consistent in how she dip b/c everybody should get what they paying for. I have had much better. It was my first and last.
My burrito bowl was pretty good. It was the new al pastor chicken burrito bowl. Very consistent fast service and the staff were nice. Some tables could use resetting but the staff were busy attending patrons. They were in the midst of a little rush. Would recommend
My burrito was exquisite, the chicken bowl was Bomb, the Queso was Hot & Delicious, the guacamole was fantastic with fresh chips. i loved everything i had. The peppers, sauces, sour cream, and cheese. As good as all that was, the service that i received at this specific location is my biggest reason for leaving this feedback. The manager is definitely taking care of the people coming in to enjoy themselves. The staff is also positively serving customers well. i Appreciate them Greatly!
I thought the way the hair was incorporated into the carne asada was unique. After an hour of eating it, I was finally able to put my finger on where I had tasted the flavor. It was the cafateria in my junior high-school.
I would like to congratulate the advertising dept. The old bait and switch. My only suggestion would be, with approx 8 million new Americans,one can safely assume that a handful of these good people may know something about Mexican food,, hire them.
I had a terrible visit to this Chipotle location just yesterday. I ordered a chicken burrito bowl and saw some very concerning hygiene issues. The man responsible for grilling and cutting the meats (I didn’t get his name, but he was a white male, slightly on the bigger side) appeared visibly sweaty, and I even witnessed his sweat dripping onto the chicken as he was cutting it.
Despite giving them the benefit of the doubt at the time, I woke up the next day feeling extremely ill. In hindsight, it’s clear that proper food safety protocols were not followed, and it’s disappointing that the staff member in question didn’t seem to care about hygiene.
I hope this Chipotle takes this feedback seriously and takes steps to improve their safety food handling practices. I won’t be returning anytime soon, as my health should never be compromised when dining out.
Today is September 28, 2023. And I have been here 3 times within last month & all 3 times the food was horrible. Rice was hard and not cooked. And meats are always dry & taste old. This is literally my fav franchise to eat. And you guys …
